Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Roses, this pleasant 98 m² house is ideal for a family or friends' holiday.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 3 well-distributed bedrooms. You will appreciate its practical location, close to shops: the Mercadona supermarket is only 500 meters away, Santa Margarita beach is 1 km away, and the historic center of Roses is about 3 km away. Outdoors, everything is in place to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate: a cozy terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, a fully enclosed space, and outdoor parking available. The house is equipped for a comfortable stay with internet connection (Wi-Fi), television, as well as a functional open-plan gas kitchen, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, complete tableware, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Le calme de l’emplacement de la maison
La propreté et l’odeur en arrivant dans la maison et surtout impossible de mettre une boîte 4G. Pour la wi-fi. La maison est placée dans une zone blanche. Pas moyen d’avoir la wi-fi.

Wer rustikale Ruhe in absolut ruhiger Lage sucht , ist hier genau richtig
