This cottage is ideally located for beach and walking holidays for families or groups of friends.
You enter the cottage through the large porch, before entering into the smartly-refurbished open plan living room with an especially comfy large sofa and all you need for your holiday.
There are three bedrooms here with something to suit all the family, a double, a single and a triple room, which has a double below and a single above.
At the rear of the property, and accessed through French doors from the kitchen is your private patio with table and chairs for outside dining.
A short stroll from the doorstep brings you to Polzeath village where a fine choice of pubs, cafes and restaurants offers a great selection of local produce specialising in fish of course.
The beach really does have something for everyone from rockpooling for the children to bodyboarding, and of course surfing for which the beach is world-renowned.
Walkers will delight in the stunning coastal path offering spectacular views of the famous rugged coastline.
The walk from Polzeath to Rock and back is not to be missed and watch out for dolphins and puffins along the way. A charming cottage in a fabulous location for holidays all year round.

Tidewood is a charming cottage in the village of Polzeath in Cornwall. The cottage sleeps six people with three bedrooms, comprising one double, one twin and one triple bunks, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.
To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and an enclosed patio with furniture. A lovely location, Tidewood is within easy walking distance to the beach and within reach of plenty of places to visit. Two well-behaved pets welcome.
Driftwood reference 922658 is next door to Tidewood reference 922657 and they can be booked together to accommodate 10 people

We had a lovely time in Tidewood our friends were next door. The cottage was very clean, kitchen was great everything we needed.
We loved coming and going from the beach it’s so close.

We had a lovely time at Tidewood, perfect location for the beach. It’s quite a cute little cottage with very comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a self catering holiday. Would definitely recommend and love to return.

Basic but everything you need.
A bit cramped for 6 - it’d be ideal for 4 and OK for 5.
Sofa a bit lumpy but we were out a lot so it wasn’t a problem.
Fabulous location - all very clean.
