Ideally located for touring the south coast of Cornwall, this cosy one bedroom holiday home is set on the outskirts of St. Austell in a quiet location, adjoining the owner’s home, yet close to the town centre and only a short drive from the Eden Project and Mevagissey.
Situated all on the ground floor, this delightful cottage has a contemporary sitting room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautifully furnished bedroom and a shower room.
Outside there is a lovely patio area complete with barbecue, the perfect place to relax and dine alfresco after a day touring this wonderful area.
With the town of St. Austell on your doorstep, a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants are readily available.
The south coast of Cornwall features many enchanting fishing villages, secluded coves and golden beaches, all of which are within easy reach.
Combine this with the major attractions of the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan both very close by and you will realise what an ideal location this is. With so much to see and do you will find this is to be the perfect holiday base.

The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a lovely wing to the owner's home situated on the edge of St. Austell. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and barbeuce. The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a convenient base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including Mevagissey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Very well equipped, nice and clean. Plenty of cupboard space. Lovely little garden absolute sun trap.
The owners Steve and Brenda, come out to welcome you and say goodbye when you leave.
Brilliant location for visiting the attractions.
Really enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back.

exellent annexe everything you need and ideal location to explore the area Aldi only a few minutes away only minus a bit of a walk to the entrance to unload and load your luggage and perhaps a fan could be provided although we did have extreme heat during our stlay otherwise would reccomend Bill and Jackie

The property was really lovely very comfy like a home from home we met Steve and Brenda who couldn’t have been nicer there was a bottle of wine and milk in the fridge and tea coffee and sugar as well as everything you need for your holiday Steve met us at the door as Brenda was poorly and was so helpful I would recomend the annex to anyone and would definitely go back
