On entering the property the spacious hall leads to a downstairs bath room with a bath and overhead shower.
The open plan living area is welcoming with its luxurious leather cover sofa and a 40 inch Smart TV. Leading from the lounge diner is a well-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, with the main bedroom benefiting from en-suite toilet & wash basin.
The second bedroom has two single beds.
Outside there is a patio table and chairs and this area is enclosed to the right of the property is a parking bay. There is so much to see and do right on the doorstep, plus a host of interesting shops, excellent restaurants, pubs and takeaways a short walk away.
This really is the perfect location for a holiday to enjoy the stunning North Cornwall coastline, with an array of beaches within easy reach.

Kingfisher House is a detached house in the village of Tintagel in Cornwall. It has two bedrooms consisting of one double with a WC and a twin bedrooom, there is also a ground floor family bathroom, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. To the outside is a rear patio with a table and chairs and off road parking. Kingfisher House is a charming cottage in an excellent location.

We had a lovely week in Kingfisher House. Very well situated for all local amenities. The house had every piece of equipment we needed. The lack of a window in the bathroom was not detrimental as we took air freshener with us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thankyou.

Lovely ,cosy cottage .
Brilliant location ,very near to everything in Tintagel.
Had a cream tea ,left for us too,which was really lovely ,milk,too.
Parking ,was ok ,but quite tight,but we managed to park outside the cottage ,in the spot that was provided.
Enjoyed our stay there ,would definitely recommend.
