For a romantic getaway for couples who are beach lovers, this location close to the town of St Ives really is hard to beat.
With private parking directly outside the apartment, you enter into the light and airy kitchen and dining area before passing the double bedroom and bathroom on the way through to the sitting room.
There is also a double sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Here, even on a stormy day in winter, you will be able to relax and enjoy the amazing sea views across the bay. From the delightful sheltered garden which is shared only with one other apartment, you have direct access onto the coastal path.
Turn left and you will be on the magnificent Carbis Bay beach and right to the much quieter beautiful sands of Porth Kidney beach.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area of Carbis Bay but with the beach, railway station, restaurants and shops all within five minutes’ walk, the situation is perfect.
Everyone will want to visit the picturesque harbour town of St Ives with its award-winning beaches, restaurants, cafes and bars but rather than try and drive and park in this ever-popular town, it is strongly recommended that you take the scenic four-minute train ride from the nearby station enabling you to enjoy your day to the full.

Apartment 1 Llewellan is a lovely ground floor apartment situated close to the town of St Ives just six miles from Penzance in Cornwall. The apartment can sleep two people in one double bedroom. Also in the apartment is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with double sofa bed and electric fire. Outside is off road parking for one car and a shared enclosed garden with furniture. Apartment 1 Llewellan is a lovely romantic hideaway perfect for exploring this part of the country.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

We have just returned from a lovely week celebrating New Year, the apartment has perfect views of Carbis Bay, St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse.
You can walk out of the bottom of the garden and straight onto pathway to Carbis bay where you can catch the train to St Ives or a lovely costal walk.
We will definitely be returning

This was the 3rd time we have stayed in the apartment and have always been more than happy with all aspects of it. It is in a fantastic location with easy access to all you could want to do by car, by public transport and has fantastic walking opportunities. Will probably book again next year.

The second time we've stayed at the property and we have found it perfect for our needs again. A great location, easy to tour from, close to lots of good restaurants in an area where there is lots to do. Absolutely no issues with any aspect of the apartment and will certainly think about using it again.
