Carn Eve is a wonderfully spacious detached property with private beach access to Gwenver Beach is situated near Sennen Cove and can sleep fourteen people over three floors in seven bedrooms including three with en-suites and one on the ground floor. There are a family bathroom and ground floor family shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, utility and sitting room with dining area and open fire. There is a games room. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for four cars and a decked patio area with furniture. Carn Eve is a magnificent house in a wonderful location for family and friends looking for a seaside break in Cornwall. Note: This property does not accept stag/ hen or similar group bookings. Guests are welcome to use the open fire; we just kindly ask that you provide your own firewood.

We were aware from previous reviews that there were some issues with Carn Eve but we were very happy as we knew what to expect. It is spacious and the views are amazing! Watching rabbits bounce about on the lawn delighted us all. The access to the third floor was a suprise, but all else was fine.

Carn Eve is “tired” and would benefit from some work. Having said that the house is ideal for a large family and has spectacular views. Faults were dealt with in a timely fashion. We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to return in the future

We loved Carn Eve. However, the only communal shower didn't work. The caretaker came to have a look but he surmised it required an electrician - one that didn't appear during our stay.
