This Cornish stone cottage is situated along a tranquil country lane, yet within walking distance of the world class beach at Carbis Bay and two miles from St Ives. Oak wood floors, wood burning stove and distant sea views. Reverse level accommodation so both the light and airy bedrooms are on the ground floor with the shower room. The first floor is open plan with the sitting area and dining area within the kitchen. Private and enclosed, the south facing patio and pretty lawned garden is an absolute sun-trap for lazy breakfasts, sizzling barbecues or an evening tipple.

Trehan is a terraced cottage on the outskirts of St Ives and within easy walking distance of Carbis Bay. There are two ground floor bedrooms and shower room which can sleep up to four adults. The living area is on the first floor and open plan with kitchen, dining area and sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside there are lawned and paved gardens with furniture and BBQ. Trehan exceeded expectations and was located on a lovely quiet country road. Walking distance to Carbis Bay and the lovely coastal paths.
We enjoyed the charm of the cottage and having a safe enclosed garden was a bonus.
We very much enjoyed our stay .

A very nice cottage, in a lovely country side location. Clean and comfortable. Nice, enclosed garden if you have a pet. Good parking. A couple of issues with the lights and a plug have been sorted promptly and efficiently after being reported. Good location for St Ives, Penzance and a few lovely beaches. Recommended.

A lovely little cottage in a quiet area a couple of miles from St.Ives. We found the cottage to be clean, comfortable and has all the amenities and equipment that is required. We found it secure for our grandson and dog to play in the garden. It is only approx a 20 min walk to Carbis beach and train station and 10 min walk to the bus stop. A very good time was had by all.
