Ner Sea is situated in a desirable position within the seaside town of Marazion.
Boasting glorious views over the coast to the iconic castle topped island of St Michael's Mount, this property is a short stroll to the sandy beach.
A comfortable, romantic Cornish cottage, it's an ideal escape by the sea for couples, with a southerly aspect and captivating views from the upper floors.
Upon arrival, step through the stable door into a light and airy interior combining character features with modern, crisp white decor.
After a fun day exploring the sights and sounds of the area, the open plan living room with its warming woodburner is the perfect place to relax.
The kitchen is well equipped and provides access to the steep terrace garden, which is a gorgeous sun trap, and also outside is parking for one car. Wake up each morning to glorious sea views from en-suite bedroom located on the first floor, and stairs lead from here to a snug on a mezzanine eaves floor, which comes complete with plump seating and Velux windows.

Ner Sea is a wonderful cottage situated in Marazion near Penzance and Helston. This cottage sleeps two people and is set over three floors with a king-size double with en-suite, an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner, along with a second floor mezzanine eaves snug. Outside of the cottage is off road parking for one car and a terraced garden with a bench. Ner Sea is an ideal base for a couple with plenty to see and explore nearby, including the Lizard peninsula and Land's End.

Ner sea is a lovely cottage with great views. we loved the little snug in the attic for watching the fishing boats.
The only downside was the telly, it was quite dated. very tricky to operate and you could only watch BBC I player or Netflix on demand.

Lovely property in a great location,ideal for visiting other areas either on foot or by bus. Parking space is a little small but managed to park medium sized car. TV reception is very poor could only watch Netflix no mainstream channels available which may be a problem if you are bound to the house in bad weather.
