The cottage has a king-size double master bedroom with en-suite shower room, a double room and a room with adult bunks. There is a house bathroom and an additional ground floor cloakroom. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and a dining area with comfy seating and TV, and there is a cosy sitting room. Outside is off road parking for three cars and a raised patio area with furniture, along with a sloping lawned area and front seating area too. Llechwedd is a luxurious base for enjoying Dolgellau, the coastline, biking and walking trails and of course, the mountains of Snowdonia. Property can only accommodate a Saturday or Sunday changeover.

We had a lovely stay at Llechwedd. The house is really lovely and the gardens a delight, especially in the fabulous weather we had! The views from the top of the garden are wonderful.
The house is very well equipped and comfortable. And the information given before we arrived was very helpful.

This was our third stay here, We love the space and proximity to the town. The house was gleamingly clean, and the layout suits us perfectly. The kitchen is excellent. You get a lot of house for the cost.
The house needs some minor maintenance but it didn’t bother or affect us.
