Very spacious, quiet and relaxing, good base for nearby attractions and days out. Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Mottisfont and the New Forest national park only a short drive away. Enjoyed a few frames of snooker, although my game didn't improve to professional level in the weeks stay! Thanks Roger :-)

This was ideal for us to celebrate to two big birthdays what with the games room. We had a good time but the property does need a good clean presentation not very good, towels left in a pile by the boiler not sure if they were clean or not.
Apart from the cleanliness issues it is a great place for celebrations lots of space.
