Well equipped cottage, an ideal base for our long weekend. Lots to do nearby and plenty of places to visit further afield. Dog friendly garden, even our own Houdini dog could not escape! Would particularly recommend visiting Little Budworth Country Park for dog walks, and the Egerton Arms around the corner from there is excellent, providing good beer, delicious food and a farm shop.

The cottage was warm and welcoming. Very dog friendly and great for a short break away.
Everything provided that you might need and beds etc comfortable.
Only issue was the grumpy neighbour who was a bit rude - he took issue with the kids making noise but they weren’t making any more noise then the...
