Ty'r Ysgol is a semi-detached cottage ten minutes' walk from the beach in Morfa Bychan. The cottage has a king-size double, a double and a twin room, along with a bathroom, ground floor wet room, kitchen with dining area and woodburner and sitting room with woodburner. Outside is a garden area to the front and rear with furniture and private hot tub. Ty'r Ysgol is next to the golf course, five minutes' walk from the shop and pub and ten minutes' stroll from the famous Black Rock Sands beach, as well as being well placed for Porthmadog, and Portmeirion.

What a lovely cottage in an excellent location! We had a fabulous stay here with 4 adults and 2 dogs. The cottage had everything we needed and more! The cottage was well situated for exploring North Wales with lots of castles for us and the dogs to explore and walks along the beach. We will certainly come back when we’re next in the area!

This cottage is an absolute gem! We loved it. great location just minutes from the beach. The cottage is cosy and cozy and warm, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean and tidy. The hot tub was superb. wouldn't hesitate to recomend and would definitely return. Thanks to David and Sharon the hosts who were attentive and pleasant throughout!

Lovely property, great location to the beach, and the beach club restaurant/pub. Owners were extremely helpful with a couple of questions we had whilst there. Hot tub is a massive bonus as was the secure garden for the dogs.
