Barmoor Ridge is a detached cottage in a rural position between the villages of Lowick and Ford in Northumberland. With one double and one twin bedroom (which can be offered as a super king-size double on request) and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep four people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is a landscaped gravelled area, a large garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as off road parking for three cars. Property is on a working farm with sheep in a field depending on time of year. Wildlife in area includes hares, deer. There is also a local conservation that can be visited. With its neighbouring cottage, Barmoor Ridge can sleep up to ten guests plus infants, making it perfect for a family group looking to explore this beautiful area. One well-behaved dog welcome.Please note: This property accepts bookings from Saturday for 7 or 5 nights.

Just spent a week at the cottage, the cottage is gorgeous and garden is beutiful. Lovely for a relaxing holiday, well equiped, making it a home from home. A short drive from Berwick, Bamborough and Holy Island as well as Spittle and Seahouses. Definitely would recommend and plan to revisit again.

Wonderful location at the heart of rural N Northumberland. Owner friendly but not intrusive. Garden delightful & farm immaculate, with a safe private link to the main farmhouse where our family stayed. Kitchen equipment a bit haphazard but the cottage was comfortable and warm when heating required.we will definitely visit again

Delightful stay in a very cosy cottage. All the equipment you would need. A large secure garden which young grandson enjoyed playing football in and elderly dog enjoyed pottering around in. A very peaceful location but only about 5 miles from Holy Island, Bamburgh etc. Would def recommend.
