Great property clean tidy brilliant for watching birds from patio doors including avocet,curlew,oyster catchers,shelduck. Good base for exploring local nature reserve at rye harbour & dungerness rspb.& National trust props. Chilling hol would defo recommend property

Second time of visiting. Flat was as well maintained as two years previously. Warm all over and plenty of hot water. Location is good for visiting Rye with its shops and cafes. From the flat we walked to Rye harbour and Camber sands. This time we visited the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch railway, went by bus and travelled on the railway, a good day.

The accommodation was confortable and the view from the lounge exceptional. Being elderly and having to get up in the night we did find the bedroom a little cramped.
The taps on the washbasin and the mixer in the kitchen could use some maintenance.
