With stunning views across the fields and valleys, this Buxton cottage offers peace and isolation, with three bedrooms, a fitted kitchen and a lovely dining room.

The sitting room at this Buxton cottage has a cosy woodburner, while the lovely patio garden has views over the Derbyshire and Staffordshire fields and valleys.

From the doorstep of this Buxton cottage is a selection of fabulous walks, with the Peak District National Park and the Roaches within easy reach, or for the more adventurous, some challenging climbs! Just a short drive away, you are bound to find plenty of exciting activities to keep you occupied, from Alton Towers and the Heights of Abraham to elegant Chatsworth House.

New Cottage Farm is a detached property in an isolated location in Quarnford near Buxton, with some amazing sweeping views over the beautiful countryside. There is a double room, a twin and a single, all decorated and furnished to make wonderful cosy retreats. There is a bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, basin and WC. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, attractive dining room and a bright sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside is a gravelled garden area, and off road parking for 3 cars. With the walks and cycling of the Peak District all around, and historic houses, pretty villages and plentiful tea rooms for the less active, New Cottage Farm makes a superb Peak District base. Note: This property hasfairly steep stone stairs. No builder groups or contractors.

A wonderful cottage with amazing views. It was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children). Beds are very comfy, which is what you need after a day of adventures. It is central to so many places to see, furthest we traveled was 40mins within the Peak District. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely cottage, shame there's no WiFi, the large screen TV is a smart TV that could do so much more with WiFi. Could do with directions changing to say ' coming from Buxton, the property is 500 yards before the cafe. That or a larger sign.

We really enjoyed our stay at New Cottage Farm, it was spacious, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. A great base for visiting Buxton, Bakewell, Leek and beyond. Our only comment about maintenance would be that some of the windows may need resealing/replacing as the wind whistled through some nights. Otherwise fantastic stay and we all said we'd go there again.
