Penty is a lovely, comfortable cottage situated ten minutes' walk from the centre of the market town of Dolgellau, and enjoys views of the Cader Idris mountains. The cottage can sleep four people in two ground floor bedrooms, a twin and a king-size double, and also has a family bathroom. On the first floor, the open plan living area with kitchen dining area and sitting area make the most of the views. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a small rear lawned garden. With great walking and cycling nearby, Penty is a great base for a family getaway.

We loved our stay in penty ,the views out the lounge window is just breath taking, my wife sat out in the front bench enjoying the afternoon sun and the views , our dogs have had a great time on some of the near by walk's. We have recommended it to friends and family and will be back again.

We had a great stay here! The view is absolutely unbelievable and the location is perfect for exploring the area- close to beaches, mountains, forests, bike trails... The town is really nearby too and has some cute shops and cafes. The kitchen is really nice and modern and everything was super clean. Dawn was helpful when needed too.

The property is very clean, with amazing views and very close to the town centre, so a perfect base for the week. It has all the cooking equipment you need if you fancy a night in.
The only thing I think that needs addressing is the slowness of the Amazon Stick when streaming anything on the TV.
