22 Beckside is a semi-detached cottage located in the Lincolnshire village of Nettleham. The cottage has two bedrooms - one double and one twin - meaning it can sleep four people in total. There is also a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The living accommodation in the cottage consists of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with gas fire and a sitting room, also with gas fire. Outside, there is a garden with furniture. With the cathedral city of Lincoln close by and the Lincolnshire Wolds within easy reach, 22 Beckside makes a great Lincolnshire holiday base.

The cottage was lovely and well equipped. Well maintained and comfortable. The only downside was the WI was a bit intermittent and a few waste baskets would be a useful addition. These are minor points that did not affect our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the goodies left for us were a lovely touch.

This is our third visit to this lovely cottage and we have just booked to come again in 2026 …. Need we say more!
However future visitors should note that at the moment the small village supermarket is being rebuilt following a fire and although there is a pop up shop in the carpark supplies are limited to basic items.

Everything was spot on! Great location, ideal for visiting Lincoln - bus stop within a few minutes' walk - and peacefully situated within this friendly village. Cottage is exceptionally clean and well equipped. Thank you for making it so welcoming!
