A delightful, semi-detached cottage in a quiet residential area, on the edge of the popular seaside resort of Llandudno, with views over the town towards the Great Orme and the Irish Sea. With tasteful furnishings and decor throughout, and laid out over 4 floors, this cottage has been well-equipped to offer all you will need for your holiday.
Providing cosy and comfortable accommodation, your cottage boasts two staircases leading down to a spacious, fully fitted, lower ground floor kitchen.
An archway leads through to the dining area, which has French doors that open out onto the garden.
The ground floor offers a light and airy sitting room with open fire, and a reading room with study area, a sofa bed, a piano for the musically inclined and exercise bike for the more energetic! Doors lead out onto a balcony where you can enjoy the distant sea views and relax with a refreshing drink whilst soaking up the sun. The first floor offers three good sized bedrooms, and on the second floor there is a twin room with a fully equipped beverage point, with a fridge, microwave and sink.
Outside are a climbing frame and swing and an enclosed side patio with small lawn, garden lights and furniture, offering a safe play haven for children, whilst the adults relax in the hot tub. With beaches less than 10 minutes' walk away, Venue Cymru and the centre of town within a mile and a half, this is a superb Llandudno cottage retreat at any time of the year.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week, revisiting old family haunts in and Llandudno with my mum and nine members of the immediate family.
Highgate was the perfect place to stay. Close by the sea and the north shore, it is warm, spacious and clean.
We’d definitely stay there again. No question.

The property was as described and we had a very enjoyable holiday. It was warm, the shower was hot and everywhere was very clean. I would happily recommend this property although visitors should be aware that the WiFi signal was generally weak.

this was our 2nd visit to Highgate was even nicer than we remembered v clean warm and comfortable. Our grandchildren loved the space and quirkiness .The manager was very helpful and accommodated all our needs. Would love to come again!
