Property was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Just a 2 minute walk into town where there are many excellent cafes and restaurants. Parking right next to the property was a bonus. Enjoyed very good Sunday lunch with visiting family at Lambs, can recommend. Excellent communication with owner. Already booking return visit for next year.

This was the second time in this accommodation which we found extremely comfortable and clean both times. It is also in a quiet location not far from all the amenities Stratford-upon-Avon has to offer. Hopefully we'll be going again.

If you come to Stratford and don't stay here you are making a big mistake. The property is perfect. Great kitchen and bath. The patio by the canal was a good place to watch the narrow boats go by. AND location... walk to anywhere in town center was just a few minutes. You could not get closer and still get parking. The owners were available and helpful. Highly recommend!
