The property has five lovely bedrooms, including one set on the ground floor and a master bedroom with en-suite facilities. Highcroft is a house with 2 halves. There are 2 staircases, one leading from the entrance hall to the master bedroom with an ensuite and a small room with a single bed with trundle bed under. This room is an adjoining room between the 2 halves.The other staircase leads from the downstairs bedroom to the other landing with the family bathroom and 3 bedrooms, including the adjoining room leading off.
The spacious, farmhouse-style kitchen offers a welcoming dining area, while the cosy sitting room is accompanied by a warming open fire. In the summer, the patio doors can be swept open to invite inside a cooling breeze. Highcroft is a charming, semi-detached cottage, one of two holiday properties set in the grounds of the owners' home, located two miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. With five bedrooms including two king-size doubles (one with an en-suite bathroom), plus two twins (one on the ground floor), and one single with pull-out stacker bed, this cottage can sleep ten people. There's also a bathroom, a ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining and utility area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside is off road parking for four cars, plus a private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ and shared use of two acres of wildlife garden and a tennis court. Highcroft offers large groups of friends and families a character base from which to discover nearby, delightful Stratford-upon-Avon, along with the surrounding beautiful countryside of the Cotswolds.
