A delightful, semi-detached holiday cottage, built into a bank, adjoining the owners' home and set mostly on the first floor, nestled in the centre of Llangollen, North Wales.
Traditionally styled with exposed stone walls, a double height ceiling and feature wooden beams, this Llangollen cottage offers the perfect base for family or small groups of friends exploring North Wales.
An open tread staircase, in this Llangollen cottage, leads to a twin bedroom on the mezzanine level, with a cosy double bedroom on the first floor and two steps leading down to a shower room.
A light and airy open plan living area offers a kitchen, dining area and a comfortable sitting area where you can put your feet up and relax after a day exploring the wonders of the Welsh countryside.

Mostly set on the first floor, the cottage has one double bedroom, a mezzanine 4' double and a shower room and can sleep four people. There is an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside steps lead down to a shared, enclosed patio and a passage beginning a short stroll directly into the town centre. There is off road parking for one car. Dovetail Cottage is the perfect base for a holiday spent exploring the wonderful North Wales.

The cottage was well maintained and comfortable and we were greeted by the friendly owner owner. It is a stroll to Llangollen and there are also many places of interest nearby. The only downside for me was the awkward road access and small parking space but that maybe says something about my driving.

This was a very comfortable cottage and much more spacious than we expected. The cottage has been improved since the website photos were taken and has a new kitchen, new stable door, new curtains etc. The location was perfect for us being in a fairly quiet spot but very central to the town. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
