The first floor offers a zip/link master bedroom with en-suite facilities, meaning there’s plenty of flexible sleeping accommodation to ensure every party has a happy holiday.
Downstairs features a lovely modern kitchen/diner with all the features you'll need on a break away.
The sitting room has a woodburner and large double doors opening into the garden, so you can let in the sunshine and fresh country air in the summer.
Guests can also look out at the end of the garden to the sheep in the paddock or can enjoy the stunning scenery on walks available in the surrounding area.

Parsley Cottage is a terraced stone barn conversion close to the River Lune, three miles from Lancaster. The cottage is set mostly over the ground floor and sleeps four people in two bedrooms which are a ground floor king-size double and a first floor twin (zip/link) with a basin and an en-suite bath and WC. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburner and a shared external utility. Outside there is a lawned garden and a shared paddock and ample off road parking. Parsley Cottage is surrounded by countryside and offers a lovely retreat. Please note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome, 30 GBP charge for the first dog and 20 GBP for the second, for any additional pets please contact the reservations team to discuss.

Overall, great place: good size, location handy for Lancaster and walks along the estuary, nice touch like the Xmas tree, comfortable beds and seating, warm and cozy with a log burner to add to atmosphere. Paintwork could do with a bit of freshen up but that is me being very picky!

We have just cone back from a 3 night stay at Parsley cottage,what a lovely place this is tucked away and so peaceful,lovely walks and the garden centre is great
We had a great few days here the pictures don't do this place justice it deserves,was very spacious amazing kitchen with everything you need,already looking forward to going back next year

Wonderful quiet stay. Any requests were dealt with quickly. The owners were very friendly and attentive. We are used to mattress toppers so would be a nice added item.
We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay again.
