A stone-built, end of terrace cottage with fabulous long-distant views and a private garden.
The accommodation sits over two floors to take advantage of the view, featuring a spacious sitting room with cosy fire, and a kitchen/diner with sun room and Velux windows looking out across the enclosed garden and providing a lovely bright and cheery atmosphere.
The three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, and have an added touch of luxury with beautiful en-suite facilities and flat screen TVs, whilst the private patio is perfect for a summer barbecue with friends and family.

Katy's Cottage is a stone-built, country cottage, forming part of a group of four holiday properties on the owner's working livestock farm, a few miles from Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. With three bedrooms, each with TVs and en-suite facilities, up to six people can stay. There's also a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with dining area and a sun room and there is a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is a front, enclosed private patio garden with furniture and BBQ along with a shared clubhouse with pool table, darts, toilets and two showers. Katy's Cottage is a delightful holiday home for a Yorkshire break, with walks from the door. Please note: From January 2026 check in will now be on a Friday, please contact Sykes with any questions. On Saturday, 6th June 2026, there will be a wedding reception taking place in the amenity building behind the property. Please note: on 06/06/26, there will be a wedding taking place behind the property.

Katy cottage is very well equipped, well maintained and everything there that you need. I would recommend this cottage we were a party of six, and everyone was so comfortable, and had plenty of space without being on top of one another. The cottages on Niffany farm are truly excellent. We had a great stay.

Very comfortable and with good facilities. Lovely location and views.
One small problem was it was extremely cold the day we arrived and we found it difficult to get the cottage warm at first. If the heating could have been given a boost before we arrived, it would have made all the difference.
