Crabtree is a welcoming, single-storey cottage set in a central courtyard location on the Graythwaite Estate near Hawkshead in the Lake District. With two bedrooms including one double with en-suite and one twin, the cottage can sleep four people. There's also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner. Outside, there is ample parking available off road, plus a shared patio with furniture and BBQ. With shared use of the estate's extensive grounds and wonderful on-site facilities including an indoor heated pool, trout fishing lake. Properties were all very nicely furnished and beds comfortable. Clean, warm
and well set up with everything one could need. Welcome goodies appreciated! Swimming pool a wonderful addition and the shop useful and staff helpful. A beautiful place to stay.

Surberb location ideal for those who enjoy outdoor activities, cottage well fitted kitchen plenty utensils, spacious accommodation for four adults, comfy beds and lounge . Road up needs caution if not used narrow lanes.would definitely highly recommend and we expect to return.perfect base to explore lake district.
