Set over the ground floor, the lodge is beautifully furnished to provide ideal accommodation for a romantic break or get together for a small family or group of friends.
The two spacious bedrooms both have luxurious en-suite shower facilities and sumptuous beds.
Head into the open plan living area, which has a very well-equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area with doors to the front and field beyond.
Outside, the decking provides the perfect place to sit and relax, take in the peace and tranquility of the area or enjoy the delights of alfresco dining on a summer's evening.
Just a short walk takes you to the delightful Cotswold village of Broadway known as 'The Jewel of the Cotswolds', which has many amenities, unique shops and tea rooms all in a beautiful setting of mellow Cotswold stone buildings.
Further afield you can enjoy Shakespeare's birthplace, Stratford-upon-Avon, the spa town of Cheltenham with its Georgian architecture and the delightful market towns of Pershore and Evesham.

Pennylands Willow Lodge is a detached timber lodge, set in three acres within the grounds of the owners' B&B, with fabulous views over this unspoilt part of Worcestershire just outside the delightful Cotswold village of Broadway, and has been featured on the Home Channel TV programme, 'My Flatpack Home'. The single storey cottage has two double bedrooms (one of them with a king-size bed which can be a twin on request), and a shower room making it ideal for two couples. The cottage also boasts an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner-effect electric fire. Outside the lodge is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, as well as plenty of secure parking and bike storage. Being located in the heart of the beautiful Cotswold countryside, Pennylands Willow Lodge is a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday. Note: Children up to 6 months or over 12 years only.

Lovely home from home lodge within easy walking distance to Broadway. Ideal location to explore the Cotswolds. Lodge had everything you could need, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Superb views and lovely grounds. Host Judi was welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend.

A lovely place to spend your holiday, close to the most charming village in the Cotswolds (Broadway). Great contact with our hosts and a lovely holiday home with endless views and lots of privacy. Everything was fine! Maybe one point of attention: we would have liked it if the TV had been SMART.

Could not fault our lodge, lovely hosts and very comfortable with everything you need at hand, amazing views across the countryside and just a short 10 minutes walk into the pretty town of Broadway, will definitely be going back.
Our hosts had great knowledge of the area with some lovely suggested walks, this gave our break that special personal touch.
