A delightful two bedroom cottage resting in Eryrys near Llanarmon-Yn-Ial, accessed by a ramp, which leads into the open plan sitting room with French doors onto the patio.
The cottage enjoys underfloor heating throughout, with the added benefit of a freestanding woodburner to warm your toes by on cooler spring and autumn evenings.
A cosy dining table provides a social area to sit and relax around, with simple home-cooked meals prepared in the modern kitchen, where you will find all the equipment you should need for a memorable week's holiday.
There are two well-appointed bedrooms, offering twin and double beds, and the wet room is modern and stylish, making the property suitable for the less mobile if required.
The sunny patio is the perfect spot to unwind, with a handy barbecue for you to prepare some grilled delights! A perfect country cottage for family or friends.

Alyn View is a ground floor cottage in the hamlet of Eryrys near Llanarmon-yn-Ial just 12 miles from Llangollen. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin and a bathroom with wet room shower. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a private enclosed patio with furniture. Situated near Llangollen, Alyn View is a lovely property from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

The owners were very chatty .
I contacted the owner before hand and always got a quick response ..
We had some gorgeous meals out locally

Accommodation was lovely, bright, clean and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and even provided a much needed pack of tea, coffee, milk and Welsh cakes on our arrival. There are walks all around the property and it is a wonderfully peaceful location. Definitely going back there again.

Our second stay at Alyn View (hope to be back!). A lovely place to stay in the countryside, very peaceful and restful (lots of bird watching), but it is in easy reach of the market town of Mold, the city of Chester, Wrexham, etc. Lots of walks from the cottage, and also in Loggerheads country park. Great place to stay!
