Driftwood Cottage is situated in the heart of the Norfolk seaside village of Heacham.
Immaculately-presented throughout, this abode is perfect for a coastal break or family holiday near to the unspoilt Norfolk coastline.
The first floor features a double bedroom with a TV/DVD player, a neat twin room and a further bedroom with bunk beds.
There is a family bathroom with walk in shower, perfect after a day at the beach.
The inviting sitting room boasts a woodburning stove, so no matter what the weather is doing outside, you can be warm whilst watching a movie or getting stuck into a novel.
The well-equipped kitchen provides all you need to create some tasty meals to enjoy in the family dining room.
There is a utility room leading to the garden area with a barbecue and patio area to enjoy some alfresco dining or perhaps contemplate how to spend the coming days.
The village centre is a short stroll away and has a good selection of shops and pubs as well as a wonderful sandy beach that is the perfect spot to watch the breath-taking sunsets that this idyllic coastline is famous for. The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a utility with washing machine, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin and bunk room serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off road parking for one car and an enclosed courtyard garden with barbecue and furniture. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 1.2 miles a beach. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Lovely cottage, very comfortable with all the amenities you could wish for. I couldn't find any fault with it at all. The owner, Claire, was very helpful when I phoned beforehand to ask for the key information. My son and I particularly liked the wood-burning stove! The cottage is very convenient for shops, pubs and bus stops etc.

Driftwood Cottage is a warm, comfortable and welcoming holiday home. The owners have thought of everything their guests might need, from a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with good quality linens, books and games, wood for the log burner and a welcome pack.
On some very mild November days, we were even able to make use of the private garden.
We hope to return.
