The master room has a king-size double and sofa bed, while the other bedroom can be a king-size double or a twin and benefits from an en-suite. There is a family bathroom with free standing bath, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is ample off road parking, and a garden area with furniture. The Cartshed is just a mile away from the village pub, and Gilling West offers walks into wonderful countryside, making this an ideal base for exploring this attractive region. Please note: Bookings after May 2025 will have a three-night minimum.

Lovely and peaceful stay. Lovely touch of the sweet treats, wine and flowers. Very much appreciated. WiFi hit and miss, beautiful surroundings, remote setting. Certain parts of the cottage need some attention but I’ve already booked for another stay as the peace and quiet was just what i wanted

We loved this property and its location, the owner is just lovely and will do anything to help. We had some issues with the wifi, as one option wouldn’t connect and the other was intermittent throughout the property - not that it really bothered us! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you
