Located in a quiet area on a private road, you will immediately enjoy the peace and tranquility on your arrival.
There is ample parking to the front of the property and the front door opens to a hallway giving access to a comfortable sitting room with dining area from where you can admire the wonderful views over the garden and down towards the waters edge.
Doors open to a patio offering an ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee, an evening meal or just relaxing with a book whilst watching the world go by. From the sitting room there is a separate kitchen with access to the utility room which has the benefit of an external door offering secure bike storage.
There are four spacious bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor, with a single and double room along with a bathroom on each floor.
Horning is a picturesque Broadland village located on the River Bure in the heart of the Norfolk Broads with village amenities such as pubs, shops, boat trips and a tea room.

Swan Dyke Cottage is a detached chalet situated in the Broads village of Horning near Wroxham. This cottage sleeps six people in four bedrooms, consisting of one double and one single on the first floor plus one double and one single on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, the first floor bathroom has a bath, WC and basin and the ground floor bathroom has a bath with a shower over, plus WC and basin. Kitchen with electric hob and cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. An iron is also available. The sitting room has an open fire, 2 x 3 seater sofas, a TV with freeview, plus a dining area. Outside there's ample off road parking and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Swan Dyke Cottage is a delightful base all year round. Note: There is unfenced river frontage, children and pets to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in time 4pm. Note: the banister has gaps of more than 100mm so regrettably the property cannot accommodate children under 5.

It’s in a good location, but in need of updating, eg badly dripping tap in kitchen. Could do with new windows. Ivy growing into windows. Lacking instructions for appliances, and limited welcome package. Initially had no WiFi, but Stephen came round and sorted it quickly.

Horning is fantastic. The property in great area. Very disappointed with the outside of the property windows and frames filthy and path out back door caked in bird deposits. Garden chairs and table left uncovered and filthy. Locks on doors hard to lock. Cleaned inside windows so could see the lovely...
