This superb Edwardian garden flat occupies a sought after location, close to the seafront and town centre of Rhos-on-Sea, on the popular North Wales Coast.
Occupying the whole ground floor of this semi-detached property, the apartment is spacious and beautifully-styled throughout with impressive high ceilings and original character features blended with modern furnishings to create a lovely holiday home.
Stepping into the generous hallway through a private front door, you will recognise the attention to detail straight away.
The spacious sitting room enjoys a large bay window with seating, along with relaxing sofas, stripped floor boards and blinds that let the light flood in. The master bedroom is delightfully-appointed with a super-king size bed and offers French doors onto the patio, allowing you to let the fresh air in and to step outside to enjoy morning coffee in peace and quiet.
The second bedroom provides a delightful single room with the benefit of a pull-out trundle bed for young children, whilst the modern and stylish bathroom offers a bath with shower attachment.
The kitchen is modern and fully-fitted with a social dining area overlooking the patio and garden.
The patio opens onto the lawned garden which includes gooseberry and redcurrant bushes, rhubarb and chives, a beautiful magnolia tree, and benefits from the sun late into the afternoon.
A four minute walk will find you on the seafront of Rhos-on-Sea, where you can stroll along the promenade and past the harbour, and then into the town centre which has many shops, pubs and tea rooms on offer.
Llandudno is easy to reach by car, where you can take the cable car or the Tramway to the summit of the Great Orme, and maybe enjoy a picnic at the top whilst admiring the superb views which stretch for miles.
Colwyn Bay with its sandy beaches and Eirias Stadium for exciting concerts and sporting events, is also just a short drive away, or you may prefer to take a bus instead, as this property has the added benefit of being positioned on a local bus route.
Slightly further afield is the town of Conwy, a designated World Heritage Site dominated by a splendid castle completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls and is well-worth a visit.

Hafan Y Mor is a lovely, ground floor apartment in Rhos-on-Sea on the coastline of North Wales. The property has two bedrooms, a super king-size double and a single with pull-out trundle bed (for young children only), as well as a family bathroom. There is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is a lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy the sunshine whilst relaxing with a drink. There is also ample off road parking outside the property. Hafan Y Mor is in a great spot for exploring this beautiful area and is perfect for a seaside holiday.

This apartment is amazing so much room. Comfortable bed and everything you need. Only downside there was a noise problem from upstairs on our final night, loud music until 11.45 pm. However, we understand this was not the owners fault and not been mentioned before so probably a one off

Another great stay at this brilliant apartment, extremely clean as always ,the bed is so comfortable you don't want to get up in the "mornings". we love this apartment the owners have made it so homely and welcoming .in fact we have booked to come back in September .We thoroughly recommend the Apartment .x

Accommodation was lovely - attention to detail was great. The flat was comfortable and inviting with everything on hand to make our stay complete. Just one negative: The bath does need a shower curtain as water escapes all over the floor from the shower! Very close to the Rhos on Sea promenade, with easy access to Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy, A55. Will definitely book again!
