This modern cottage is full of character and charm, making an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends.
The cottage features an open plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a warm and a large sofa which can seat all eight guests.
The sleeping accommodation consists of a king-size bedroom on the ground floor accessed via a small room with bunk beds, you will also find a ground floor shower room.
On the second floor is a king-size bedroom with en suite shower room, a double bedroom with zip and link beds and another bathroom.
Outside this lovely cottage is a balcony which adjoins the open plan living space, ideal for sitting out after a long day exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
Skipton, well known as The Gateway to the Dales, has a medieval castle, canal boat trips, a swimming pool, golf course, excellent cycling routes, tennis courts and a myriad of walks, including easy rambles and challenging fell walks within close proximity of the town.
Also close at hand to this Skipton cottage is a wide selection of restaurants, tea rooms and coffee shops for eating out, whilst the traditional market sells fresh produce throughout the year including local cheeses, fish, meats and fresh vegetables.

Please note: Christmas and New Year bookings must have a minimum of 5 nights. This lovely townhouse is situated in the market town of Skipton just twenty miles from Harrogate in North Yorkshire. The townhouse can sleep eight people in three double bedrooms, one on the ground floor, one on the second floor with en-suite shower and one on the first floor together with ground floor bunk bedroom (suitable for children or small adults) as well as a second floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Also in the townhouse is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and roadside parking at rear of property. 9 Navigation Square is a superb base from which to explore this beautiful part of the country. Please note from February 2027, this property can only accept 7 night bookings starting on a Friday.

Really lovely property in a fantastic location. Our party of 6 really enjoyed our visit. We were all comfortable and it was an added benefit having two parking places .
Also a nice touch leaving the chocolates for us.

We loved our stay at Navigation Square. Everything was clean and as advertised. I really appreciated the communication with the owner and their flexibility. The location was centrally located and made navigating Skipton quite easy. It was great for two families to share, as it had separate bedrooms on different floors. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect location in town with 2 car parking spaces. Clean, dog friendly, well presented town house with lots of space and lovely towels! Loads of places to eat all just minutes walk from the front door. Looking forward to staying again.
