This lovely end-terrace cottage is situated in the centre of the beautiful market town of Dolgellau on the end of the Cambrian mountains in North Wales.
The cottage is on a quiet road and is ideal for a romantic break and for exploring this beautiful part of the country.
There are two steps up from the front door into the comfortable sitting room with beams, which has an electric fire and a dining area where you can have your morning breakfast before starting out on your adventures.
On the ground floor there is also a wet room with shower, basin and WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double with TV and a single bedroom.
This delightful cottage is just a short stroll to the town’s tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and shops.
There are numerous activities in the area including Coed-y-Brenin which is the largest mountain bike trail centre in Wales.
Join the Mawddach Trail where you can enjoy walking and cycling and wonder at the spectacular coastal and mountain scenery.
Alternatively, why not spend a few days relaxing on the sandy beaches at Aberdovey, Barmouth or Fairbourne? This is a super holiday cottage to enjoy at any time of the year.

Cae Tanws Bach is a lovely end-terrace cottage situated in the market town of Dolgellau just eight miles from Fairbourne in the heart of Snowdonia. The cottage can sleep three people in one double bedroom and one single together with family ground floor wet room. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and electric fire. Outside is roadside parking on a first come first served basis. Cae Tanws Bach is a delightful base from which to explore the surrounding countryside.

A lovely little cottage close enough and right in the middle of Dolgellau but tucked away. Slightly smaller than we thought but had everything we needed ( bought a can opener ) and we loved it. Couldn't see a remote for bedroom tv so couldn't use and I parked in the short stay not knowing overnight and got 2 tickets... that said we really enjoyed it and would recommend.

Fantastic gem, tucked on the Southern edge of Snowdonia and the foot of Cadair Idris. Lovely house, full of all the amenities needed for a comfy weeks' stay. Will definitely book again.
