A stone-built semi-detached cottage in the centre of Tideswell.
With easy access to local amenities, making it a perfect place for families and groups of friends.
On entering the cottage you arrive in a spacious hallway with an original tiled floor.
The sitting room has plenty of comfy seating, making a good place to relax after a full day out and about exploring the area.
The kitchen has a good-sized table and chairs, making a great social place to prepare and enjoy some lovely home-cooked meals.
There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom as well as another twin bedroom on the second floor, giving plenty of flexibility throughout.
To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with seating which is a nice place to enjoy the evening sunshine.
Wander into the village of Tideswell where you will find the friendliest of greetings and a great selection of real ale pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Excellent walking is on offer in the area around your Tideswell cottage, from a challenging hike in the rugged peaks to gentler strolls in the southern hills and dales.
Further afield, the spa town of Buxton and the market town of Bakewell are short drives, while the imposing Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are nearby and well worth a visit.

Milford House is located in the village of Tideswell in Peak District National Park. There are three bedrooms, one bathroom and can sleep a maximum of five people. This stone-built cottage has a well-equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable sitting room. Milford House is an ideal break for families all year round.

Cottage was very clean and is in great position in Tideswell , had everything in the property that we required -short walk to shop and pubs , with a great little cake and coffee shop next door . Numerous walks from the cottage in Peak District countryside .

Lovely stay - Cottage was even better than the pictures on the website!
Big 'thank you ' also, for the array of cakes on welcome - much appreciated. Must also mention - we went to the Merchant's Yard for dinner. Truly fantastic meal and one of the best value restaurant's I've ever been to..! (Honestly.)

A really good value holiday cottage in a lovely location. Well placed for all the village’s amenities. Really comfortable, well presented and clean. Lovely surprise was a box of cakes from the next door bakery. Highly recommended.
