A terraced cottage situated in the village of Peebles, offering a warm and comfortable stay whatever the time of year.
The charming interior is perfect for couples or friends to feel right at home and escape from the busyness of their daily lives.
Upon entering, a cosy hallway leads through to a king-size bedroom, boasting a large wardrobe, bedside tables and a selection of books for you to choose from, for those relaxing night time reads.
The bathroom is warmly decorated and you can unwind after an adventure-filled afternoon and get ready at ease in the early hours.
The nearby twin bedroom is ideally suited for children, and houses a box of toys to keep them entertained whilst you go about your day. The sitting room is a vibrant and homely place to watch TV or socialise with your loved ones, perfect for planning those up and coming adventures.
A dining table is tucked into the corner and seats up to four, so you can gather together for breakfast or an evening meal.
The compact yet stylish kitchen holds everything you need to try your hand at some home cooked baking, before making the most of a wonderful evening.

Thoroughly enjoyed it. Convenient, quiet and comfortable. Modern bright and new looking bathroom and kitchen. Excellent shower, straightforward and simple to use. We are of an age where our eyes need brighter lighting to be able to read etc so our only suggestion is we needed brighter lighting in living room and twin bedroom. Having said that, we would love to go back and plan to do so when we can.

Very comfortable place to spend a few days .
The only problem was not having access to the timer for the heating. Maybe not an issue for most of the year , but in January when nighttime temperatures in Peebles were sub zero , jit ideal . The heating is set to come on at 7.00 am. No good for us , as ...
