Beautiful detached house providing excellent accommodation and sitting in a quiet area in the Devon village of Braunton, North Devon.
Perfectly placed to enjoy the immediate area or explore this amazing county, this house will deliver a memorable family holiday and is perfect to celebrate a special occasion.
Walk in and you will feel the space that this house provides; the large kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a banquet and also includes the dining area and a cosy snug with doors leading out to the garden.
Travel down the hall with your book and settle into the quiet sitting room where you can doze off to views of the garden while the children are playing in the games room, pool table and tennis table.
Relax and socialise in the main sitting room with doors leading to the garden and a wood burning stove to warm the coldest of toes and the wet room is absolutely perfect after those hazy days spent playing on one of the sandy beaches.
Upstairs the six lovely bedrooms are spacious and mainly garden-facing, two of the rooms are turret-style adding a touch of tower-like luxury.
Three of the bedrooms have the added benefit of en-suites and have access onto the balcony which stretches along the house and offers beautiful garden and countryside views, perfect for that morning breath of fresh air. The garden is an absolute delight with plenty of space for the children to run around or play on the slides and swings and lets not forget the adults a wonderful setting for al fresco dining or enjoying a cool drink along with a luxury bubbling hot tub which will ease away the day's activities.

Nairn is a beautiful, detached two-storey house close to the North Devon coastline and situated in the Devon village of Braunton. The house sleeps twelve people and has one super king bedroom with en-suite and dressing area, two king bedrooms with en-suites, one superking zip and link room, a twin room and a bunk room (adult size beds). There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and snug, a utility room, two sitting rooms, a games room a wet room and a family bathroom. Outside there is a large garden with children’s play equipment, patio with seating, a pond and a hot tub. There is off road parking for four cars. Nairn is an excellent house for a family or friends holiday or for that special celebration.

What an amazing week staying at Nairn. The house and garden were fabulous. Huge garden that the kids and dogs loved playing in. The house was enormous with loads of room for 10 of us and 2 dogs, very well equipped and spotless. Easy to walk into Braunton and a short drive to some wonderful beaches. Would love to come back and highly recommend.

A wonderfully welcoming home away from home, with everything you could need to enjoy a great holiday. We made use of the garden and beach toys provided, perfect for the little ones in our group. The owners were friendly and welcoming and the welcome package with a homemade cake was a great way to get us off to a good start to the holiday. Our dog enjoyed it too!
