Only an hour from the magnificent beaches of the Cambrian Coast, and a short distance from the start of the Snowdonia National Park, this pretty cottage is an ideal base.
There is plenty of walking, cycling, fishing and watersports in the region to enjoy if you are the more active person, alternatively you can simply unwind by the riverside and potter around the lovely local area.

River's Nook is a charming detached cabin in the village of Llangynog just thirteen miles from Bala. The cottage sleeps two people and has one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and separate lawn. Situated amidst the Berwyn Mountains, River's Nook is a lovely cabin for a romantic break exploring this lovely part of the country, with walks all around. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

We had a great time in Rivers Nook despite the weather. Its an absolute gew for nature lovers with Peregrins, Kites Buzzards, Kinfisher and Dippers and many more birds regular visitors. Small and compact but everything you might need for a proper countryside getaway Full marks

We have enjoyed our 2nd stay at rivers nook, we saw improvements which was good, Kevin was really helpful but not obtrusive, dogs loved the secure garden, local pubs were both good. A good location to base for touring/exploring. Overall rating for rivers nook and Kevin's efforts 10/10.

Location location location. Small but perfectly functional chalet style accommodation with stunning views of the Berwyn Mountains and right next to the River Tanat. Definitely going to return.
