This inviting apartment provides a lovely stay, situated in the Preston area of the charming seaside town of Paignton, within walking distance to the beach.
With plenty of space to socialise, this retreat is perfect for families or friends.
Upon entering, an elegant hallway takes the lead, sweeping over to a cloakroom and a family shower room with a walk-in shower.
Next you will arrive at a twin bedroom, knitted together with overhead storage space, and a mirrored wardrobe.
A street view lies to the outside.
Moving round, the king-size bedroom features a large bay window that invites the light in. A well-equipped kitchen holds everything you need for dinner time preparation, so you can feel right at home.
This flows round to a conservatory containing a dining area, which opens out to the wonderful garden.
To the other side, you can wander into the sitting room, hosting large sofas, a wall mounted TV, and an inviting gas fire.
Step outside to the lawned area, or relax on the patio with a glass of wine next to the delightful blue summerhouse.
The Preston area itself has an array of local independent shops, a long sandy beach with characterful beach huts and is very close to the South West coast path.

Absolutely enjoyed pier view i was there with my daughter and large dog it is a beautiful place very clean and comfortable very close to everything you need walking down to the sea every night with our dog was brilliant will be definitely booking again sorry forgot to fill out guest book

This is lovely apartment on a quiet side road, one of the nicest we have stayed at. It has everything you need and has the advantage of having o good enclosed garden. If, like me, you prefer not to drive when away, there is a bus stop at the bottom of the road giving easy access through regular (about every 10 to 12 minutes) access to Torquay, Brixham and Paignton.

Had a lovely stay at pier view house is clean and comfortable ideal location we used buses which stop at end of the Rd run every 7-10 mins even on Sunday .kitchen well equipped. Flat upstairs were very quite
