This attractive, single-storey barn conversion adjoins the owner's property on the edge of the small village of Ulrome, one mile from the coastal village of Skipsea.
With all ground floor accommodation, it provides a lovely romantic retreat for couples wanting to explore the coastline, discover the Wolds and spend time visiting the large seaside resorts of Bridlington, Hornsea and Scarborough.
Offering a bright and cheerful open plan living area with exposed timbers, there is a well-equipped modern kitchen, a dining table and comfortable seating set around a cosy woodburner.

Nearby, Skipsea caters for everyday needs and has access to the coast and beach, whilst the traditional seaside town of Hornsea lies just seven miles away.
It offers a fine promenade, ornamental gardens and Hornsea Mere, the largest glacial lake in Yorkshire, where one can partake in watersports, fishing and boating.
It is an easy drive to the stately homes of Sledmere House, Burton Agnes Hall and Burton Constable Hall, all worth visiting and a must is a day trip to the beautiful historic City of York.

Willow Cottage is an all ground floor cottage attached to the owner's home in the hamlet of Ulrome near Skipsea. The cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom and a shower room. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a private garden with outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Just a mile from the beach and the seaside village of Skipsea, Willow Cottage is a superb romantic retreat, all year round.
