A stylish, semi-detached beach house in a superb location, overlooking Cardigan Bay in the seaside town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula.
Just two minutes’ walk from the beach and promenade, this family cottage combines a contemporary beach house style with thoughtful personal touches, making it perfect for guests of all ages.
Close to Criccieth’s town centre, this North Wales cottage has a spacious kitchen, a wonderful dining area in front of the impressive bay window offering panoramic views, a bright and airy sitting room with a wall-mounted TV and a modern woodburner.
From here, head outside to a south-facing terrace with views of Criccieth Castle and across Cardigan Bay to Harlech Castle.
Three of the stylish bedrooms have sea views, including a super king-size master bedroom with access onto the terrace and a luxurious en-suite.
The fourth bedroom features bespoke 'quad pod’ adult-sized bunk beds with a wall-mounted TV and DVD player, making it perfect for little ones, teenagers and larger groups of adults.
A large double garage can be used for the storage of watercraft and mountain bikes.
To the rear is an enclosed lawn with children’s play equipment, and a 5-person hot tub that also enjoys sea views.
Criccieth offers sandy beaches, rocky coves and watersports, along with antique and craft shops, pubs and restaurants.

The Beach House is a semi-detached cottage located in the North Wales town of Criccieth. It has four bedrooms, consisting of a family room with 'quad pod' bunk beds, a super king-size with an en-suite, and two double rooms, as well as a family shower room, the property can sleep eight people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a cloakroom. The Beach House is an excellently furnished house in an idyllic coast location.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, so please note that
usage of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm

The beach house is a great family friendly home .
Books and toy/games available to use.
It was decorated for Christmas which was ideal for our family party.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
All the family loved their stay at the beach house . Even storm Bram could not dampen our spirits.

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House. It was perfect for the whole family and our 2 year old grandson loved all the games and the manifold delights of the garage. It was superb for the rest of us too with lots of space, brilliant views of the sea and a really good kitchen in which to cook. We're definitely keen on returning!

We had a great time. The facilites were first rate and the accomodation was just as listed on your web site. The only problem we had was caused by the previous visitors and the owners provided a solution when contacted.
