This cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor shower room and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed front, gravelled area with furniture and barbecue. The Bothy is a wonderful holiday base for a romantic retreat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bothy, everything you need and more , very cosy very welcoming , bed very comfortable . In easy reach of holy island , ford and Etal.
Would definitely hope to stay again , lovely cake to help us settle in and not forgetting the 3 sheep outside the window . All in all a wonderful place with lovely hosts

The Bothy was simply superb!!!! it's everything you want from an holiday cottage, situated in an area of outstanding natural beautiful. Steve and Christine where fabulous hosts, very very helpful, but never intrusive.
It's just a marvellous place for your summer holidays.
Highly recommended. 5* plus.

This cottage was just as we'd hoped. Peaceful, comfortable and everything that we needed for a lovely week in the area. Close enough for our visits to holy island, Alnwick gardens and seahouses for Farne island but still secluded enough to feel like we were in the middle of nowhere. Definitely would recommend this cottage and would love to return one day.
