Ty Gwyn is a terraced cottage close to the centre of the seaside village of Aberdovey in Mid Wales. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a shower room. On the ground floor is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is a small courtyard with outdoor furniture. Just a five minute walk from the beach, Ty Gwyn is a lovely seaside holiday home for a family holiday in beautiful Mid Wales.

Clean property, mostly dog friendly but as any dog owners would know, from being in their own homes, dogs have the run of the house both upstairs & outside(back garden area), which they are not go in this property. Also stated was a fuel starter pack & dishwasher, although we're not needed, they were on the itinerary.

This is a lovely quaint, comfortable cottage in a fabulous location. The parking permit is a definite bonus. The cottage is very well equipped and was lovely and cool in the very hot weather. The stairs are steep so may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the information provided could maybe do with an update - we couldn’t find a food waste bin in the kitchen or a larger brown bin in the utility that the instructions mentioned.
