The cottage was clean and tidy, the only issue was the shower had tape around the shower head and could not remove this, the big issue was the road when yu get onto the site it is a unmade road we did see this on other reviews but they were from July 2024,thinking it would have been repaired but no, it's telly bad.

Broom cottage was really lovely. It's the best accommodation we've stayed in. Very well appointed, comfortable and homely.
The downsides for us were the proximity of the donkey sanctuary (I don't like donkeys) the roads which were only one car wide, potholes and no onsite facilities like a shop or cafe.

My Aunt & I stayed at Broom Cottage for a week last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious property that is exactly as advertised. We are hoping to return next year. The property offers everything needed (and more) for a relaxed, peaceful stay in beautiful surroundings.
