This traditional, detached cottage is situated in the heart of Watchet, on the North Somerset coast.
It is set within a conservation area and, enjoying views over the harbour, this comfortable cottage is in a convenient and beautiful part of the village with easy access to shops and cafés, ideal for families seeking a relaxing holiday by the sea. The sitting room and separate dining room have beautiful wooden floors, which are both practical and stylish.
The sitting room is ideal all year round, with its woodburner for cosy winter evenings and French doors which lead out into the garden.
The fitted kitchen is well equipped and there is a door leading to the back garden and parking area.
The ground floor double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and most of the first floor bedrooms have views over the marina, one with a balcony and outdoor furniture.
For extra space and convenience, there is a second sitting room upstairs with views out to sea. Outside this lovely cottage, there is an enclosed garden with a barbecue where you can unwind with a cup of coffee whilst planning the next days activities, or dine alfresco.
Take a gentle stroll from this lovely cottage down to the harbour and quaint shops or, for the more energetic, there are plentiful walks along the coastline towards the seaside village of Blue Anchor and its long promenade lined with fishermen.
A short drive to the medieval village of Dunster is certainly worthwhile, with its cobbled streets abundant with cafes and gift shops.
The popular resort of Minehead, with golden sandy beaches and plenty of activities on the traditional sea front is, again, only a short drive away.
This spacious cottage by the marina offers a unique stay for families and friends.

Just finished a week here. Absolutely stunning. Very rural, peaceful and quaint. Loved it. Swimming pool fabulous. Lots of lovely walks. The cottage is well equipped, in the kitchen lots of utensils everything you need. Log burner, Wi-Fi and sky tv. Owners very welcoming and friendly.

The house and location are lovely
A few small tweaks and it’d be perfect
Kitchen was very well equipped and great for making food with everything needed
Main bedroom could do with some more furniture for storage and the bed is very squeaky but very comfortable
Twin rooms both great and ideal for our family

Overall it’s. Lovely central accommodation inside and having the garden was definitely a plus being walled all around the only comment I would make is that you couldn’t open the windows upstairs due to the Ivy coming over them plus it made the downstairs bedroom dark due to this, but that’s a minor thing, we would definitely stay there again
