The family-friendly accommodation has everything needed for the perfect holiday with its impressive kitchen which has an American-style fridge/freezer.
There truly is something for everyone, with two attractive sitting rooms to sit back and relax in after enjoying an enthusiastic game of rounders or football in the field behind the house.
There is also a games room and an indoor heated swimming pool, together with a hot tub in the garden.
There are six beautifully-presented and spacious bedrooms, three with en-suite shower rooms and a stunning family bathroom.

Ty Newydd is a lovely detached cottage near the village of Llangadfan just nine miles from Lake Vyrnwy in Mid Wales. The cottage can sleep fifteen in one super king-size bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for children under 10 only and en-suite shower, one family room with super king-size double and two single with en-suite shower, one king-size double with en-suite shower, one double and two twin together with family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and two sitting rooms, one with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking and extensive gardens and furniture. Ty Newydd is a luxurious cottage and is ideal for large groups of families or friends to enjoy touring this beautiful part of the country.

We had a great time, in the pool and hot tub .

Needs a little TLC paint etc nothing much
Maybe a new cooker, as there are no numbers, temperatures on the dials. So we had to cook with by trial and error.

Fantastic holiday home. Lovely pool and hot tub which were well maintained. Good facilities and great family space. The beds were all very comfortable and water pressure excellent for all the showers. Perfect holiday home. We enjoyed the peaceful countryside setting. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely house we stayed for my daughters 30th birthday weekend and had a fabulous time we didn't want to go home everything you could need is there (except maybe a hairdryer) the owners were lovely too - and the cake left for us on arrival was delicious
