Flat 1 is a ground floor apartment in Bridlington and can sleep up to four people. There is a double bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the comfortable sitting room which also has a dining table. The apartment also has a separate modern kitchen and a contemporary shower room. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a yard. There's plenty to see and do in Bridlington with with sandy beaches, attractions, shops, pubs and restaurants. Flat 1 is a wonderful holiday base whatever time that you wish to visit.

Have been here a few times. There are things that could be better, but for the price I don't think you could get anywhere better. It's really handy for the beach, town and only a short walk from station. Had a good 10day stay here June 23.

Great location. Close to the seafront and local amenities, but very quiet. The flat was clean and comfortable - except for the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable to sit on. The kettle randomly switches itself off. A general Information book would be useful (heating, rubbish recycling etc). Saying that, we really enjoyed our holiday in Flat 1 and would happily stay there again.

The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so we had to keep the bathroom window open all the time, the shower temperature had to be adjusted at the boiler . Had a confrontation with a bloke in the rear garden, rebolted the gate afterwards. There's a loose double socket next to the living room ...
