This delightful single storey bungalow is situated on the owner’s working livestock farm in beautiful rural Devon, two miles from the bustling village of Hartland.

Accessed via four steps, you enter the property into a hallway, perfect for leaving your muddy boots after a day of exploring.

An archway leads through into the well-equipped kitchen with its splendid range cooker, and the handy utility area with a washing machine, ideal for rinsing through your swimming costumes after a day spent on the beach.
Relax in the comfortable leather sofas in the sitting room which also offers lovely sea views and watch a favourite film, with the warming electric fire this is a cosy space on chillier days.

The owners were very helpful and friendly. Kath had made us a lovely cake, there were also fresh eggs, milk and beautiful flowers in the bungalow awaiting our arrival. Kath was able to give us information on the area and suggestions on where to go and how to get to places of interest.
We had a relaxing and enjoyable break at this property.

This was our first experience with Sykes,communication and service was really good clear instructions so very pleased The Dovecote was very well equipped and comfortable the owner very friendly and helpful as were the neighbours very dog friendly ,surrounding scenery lovely plenty to see and visit locally very peaceful and relaxing

Lovely cottage, lemon drizzle cake,and eggs when we arrived, owners was very friendly, our 2 little pugs enjoyed the enclosed garden, cottage is bit out of the way, but lovely quite,enjoyed the sheep,came to see us when we sitting outside, would definitely recommend, ,big thank you
