Within 15 mins you are also at the tip of Lake Windermere at Newby Bridge where you enjoy a trip from Haverthwaite by steam train to the tip of Windermere Lake where you can embark on a Lakeland cruise and see this breath taking area from the water to Bowness and Ambleside .Also just 20 mins drive is the pretty village of Cartmel with the ancient 12th century priory, home also to the UK ‘s smallest race course which has meets throughout the summer and the Michelin L'enclume restaurant as well as artisan food shops, cafes and vintage shops.

There is a ground floor basin and WC. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric woodburner effect fire. There is also a utility room. Outside there is an enclosed gravelled garden with terrace, patio and furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is off road parking for three cars.
