This exceptional chapel is situated in the hamlet of Spark Bridge in the south lakes just four miles from Coniston.

On entering this unique accommodation through the old chapel doors you will see the tremendous height and vaulted ceiling, beams and the glass fronted mezzanine which is a bedroom suite area.
On this ground floor there is a beautifully appointed seating area with sumptuous settees and open plan living with dining area with all the original church leaded windows.
The well-equipped quality kitchen is open plan contemporary style with granite surfaces and this complements the wonderful character features of the leaded windows,vaulted beamed ceilings, original wooden floors.
There are also Juliet balconies from some of the original church windows.

The chapel sleeps eight people in four rooms, one first floor mezzanine level bedroom with en-suite shower, basin and WC, one lower ground king-size double with en-suite, with free standing bath, separate shower, basin and WC, one lower ground floor king size double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, and one lower ground twin with en-suite bath, shower over. There is a ground floor basin and WC. There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric woodburner effect fire. There is also a utility room. Outside there is an enclosed gravelled garden with terrace, patio and furniture. Two well behaved dogs are welcome and there is off road parking for three cars. The Old Chapel is a wonderful welcoming accommodation which is ideal for your lake district holiday exploration.
