Bridge End is a stone-built cottage located near the village of Downham in Lancashire. It offers two bedrooms, a double and a twin, as well as a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area boasting a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off road parking and an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn areas with furniture. The cottage is fantastic.Everything you need.Beautiful location.The owners were away on holiday but their daughter was on hand to help if any issues arose.Was nice to see peacocks around the farm as well as friendly goats and other animals.Bus service and pub a mile away.We come to this area every year and this is a new side of Pendle for us.I can see this being a yearly thing now.Loved it!

A wonderful place to visit with beautiful views. Very friendly and helpful owners. Well organised. All facilities as we are home. We enjoyed Fireplace indoor & BBQ outdoor. Hope to visit again!!!

This is a smaller property, but comfortable enough and acceptably equipped for the sorts of things that one needs for a week. The views are lovely and there is a good garden.. You need to contact the owner if - as happened for us - the heating needs changing, but Chris was very obliging.
