Linney Cottage has been converted with its terraced neighbours from a 300-year-old barn.
The hall leads you to the two downstairs bedrooms sharing a family bathroom, then head on up to the sitting room, all light and airy with a dining area, views of the river and French windows leading down to the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with all conveniences.
Take the stairs up to the next level and a lovely en suite double with fabulous views.
Outside 11 steps lead you down to your enclosed private sunny garden with furniture, leading to the shared grounds.

Linney Cottage is a sunny terraced cottage converted from a barn in a collection of cottages in the grounds of Dittisham Court on the hillside in the Devon riverside village of Dittisham. The cottage sleeps five people in a twin and a single on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and a double on the top floor with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor is a sitting room with dining area and French windows to steps down to the garden and a kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with furniture down 11 steps, leading to four acres of communal grounds with lawns and an orchard. In an idyllic spot and with lots to discover in the area, Linney Cottage is a fabulous cottage for a lovely Devon break. PLEASE NOTE: The charging of electric cars is strictly forbidden at this property.

Linney is a lovely, well equipped cottage with stunning views over the River Dart. It’s located in a private road surrounded by large grassy areas which are perfect for children to play in. I have stayed at Linney with my family on many occasions over the last 14 years and it is still my favourite holiday home.

We have stayed at this property several times as it’s so homely and cosy. The views and surroundings are superb. We stayed over Christmas this year and the property was beautifully decorated. It’s very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the owner too. Can’t praise this property enough.

A really well kept and equipped property in a peaceful village location .
Had everything required for a family holiday.
The 3 levels of the property would make it a little difficult for less able users.
Any improvements suggested ?... Well perhaps a new parasol in garden, as existing one did not seem to work properly.
