Believed to have once been a sleeping chamber for the Bishop of Exeter, it is homely accommodation in a tranquil and beautiful setting.
Head up the steps and you will find yourself in your open plan living space with its lofty beams, snug red sofas, modern comfort and handcrafted kitchen area.
The two bedrooms are both downstairs, sharing a smart family shower room where you can enjoy a soak after a long walk on the Coast Path.
Outside, as well as the lawn to share, you have your own pretty garden at the front of the cottage, safely enclosed with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for eating alfresco.

Parsonage Farm Cottage is a detached reverse level cottage on a 16th century former farmstead on the outskirts of the Devon riverside village of Newton Ferrers. The cottage sleeps four people in two downstairs bedrooms, a double and a twin with a family shower room. On the first floor is an open plan living space with seating area, dining area and handcrafted kitchen. Outside is a private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue and a shared lawn, as well as parking for three cars. Parsonage Farm Cottage is a neat base in lovely scenery for a relaxing holiday in Devon. Note: This property is unsuitable for under 3's due to the nature of the stairs.
